Macadamia & Cranberry Bliss Balls

  • 1 Cup raw Macadamias
  • 1 Cup dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup pitted Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded or desicatted Coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa or cacao
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/4 Cup desicatted Coconut for coating



  • Add all the ingredients (except the 1/4 Cup of desicatted Coconut) to a blender and blend until it forms a sticky mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and coat them in the desicatted coconut.
  • Place on a lined baking tray and freeze or refridgerate until firm.
  • Store in the refridgerator.
