Macadamia & Cranberry Bliss Balls

- 1 Cup raw Macadamias
- 1 Cup dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup pitted Dates
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded or desicatted Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa or cacao
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
- 1/4 Cup desicatted Coconut for coating
Add all the ingredients (except the 1/4 Cup of desicatted Coconut) to a blender and blend until it forms a sticky mixture.
Roll the mixture into small balls and coat them in the desicatted coconut.
Place on a lined baking tray and freeze or refridgerate until firm.
Store in the refridgerator.
