Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream the thickened part removed from a can of coconut cream or milk that has been left in the fridge for 24 hours
  • 3/4 Cup Milk of choice
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Black Chia Seeds
  • Optional: Chocolate Chips for garnishing



  • Place all the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in a blender and mix until smooth. Alternatively this can be done with a hand blender. (If you have neither of these you can use a hand whisk and whisk the ingredients. The resultant pudding will not be as smooth but will still taste delicious).
  • Evenly divide between 4 bowls/glasses/ramekins and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hrs (overnight is ok).
  • Garnish with Chocolate Chips, berries or cream (all optional) and serve.
