Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

A secret healthy snack!

  • 1 cup ripe Avocado approximately 1 large by measure to be sure- this can be swapped for Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 to 1 1 1/2 teaspoons of Peppermint Extract add to taste (Omit of only want Chocolate Fudge)
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach optional..but makes it weirdly good!



  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  • Line a baking dish/tray with baking paper and pour in the fudge mixture.
  • The size of the tray will determine the thickness and height of your fudge pieces. My tray was 12cm (4 1/2 inches) by 20cm (8 inches) and the pieces were approximately 1/2 inch in height.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours but preferably overnight.
  • Eat the fudge straight from the freezer and store there when not eating.
