Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Line a baking dish/tray with baking paper and pour in the fudge mixture.
The size of the tray will determine the thickness and height of your fudge pieces. My tray was 12cm (4 1/2 inches) by 20cm (8 inches) and the pieces were approximately 1/2 inch in height.
Place the tray in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours but preferably overnight.
Eat the fudge straight from the freezer and store there when not eating.
