  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 125 grams Cookies broken into small pieces (but not too fine)
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped Nuts Seeds or Dried fruits of choice. I used Almonds, Macadamias and Pumpkin Seeds

  • Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm.
  • Take the chocolate mixture out of the fridge and, using wrap etc, roll it into a log shape (aka the salami). It will be approx. 4cm wide and 17cm in length.
  • Wrap the salami and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • If desired, lightly dust the outside of the Chocolate Salami with coconut flour or arrowroot.
  • To serve, cut slices and devour.
  • The Chocolate Salami will need to be kept in the fridge as it will soften at room temperature.
  • Alternatively, this Chocolate Salami can be made in a baking tray and kept in the fridge or freezer.
