Guilt-less Desserts & Treats for your Family
Orange Whipped Cream (Dairy Free)
- 1 cup of Coconut Cream 400ml can, lid opened and placed in the fridge overnight
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Orange Juice
- Zest of 1 Orange
- Remove cream can from the fridge and scoop out the thick cream into the bowl of a kitchen mixer with a whisk attachment, discarding the watery component
- Add the vanilla and maple syrup and whisk on high until thick (allow 5-10 minutes).
- Add the zest and juice and whisk til combined.
- Store the cream in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving
