Guilt-less Desserts & Treats for your Family
Have you ever wondered what it’s like in my kitchen? (messy and noisy!)
Have you ever wished you had some ‘expert’ help in the kitchen?
Have you ever wanted to just hang out with me? (I’m really that not interesting!)
Now you can get all of that as we cook together with the Healthy Baking with Mummy Made.It Podcast.
For some reason I thought it was a great idea to record myself baking my favourite Mummy Made.It recipes, in spite of the fact that I absolutely hate the sound of my own whiney voice. As I bake, I talk you through the recipe, offer my advice on ingredients and tips on how to get the most out of the recipe. It’s recorded as I bake, so at the end we’ll both get to enjoy a delicious treat.
The Healthy Baking with Mummy Made.It Podcast is raw and it’s real. I’m not special; I’m just a Mum struggling through life, raising three children and trying so hard to feed them healthy, nutritious food. But sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan! As well as hearing my views on coconut flour you’ll also get to listen to a screaming toddler, kitchen accidents and a few too many parenting moments. Sometimes the kids join me in the podcast so you’ll get to hear their views on healthier cooking.
This is my life and how I go about feeding my family and creating recipes for you here at Mummy Made.It. I hope when listening you take some solace in the knowledge that you’re not the only one baking a birthday cake with a toddler on one hip, a kindergartener asking for food every two minutes and a school boy who should know better by now. The Healthy Baking with Mummy Made.It Podcast isn’t about glamour (as you can tell by the photo of me in my Little Miss Pajama pants!), it’s about cooking healthier desserts and treats for your family.
To celebrate the launch of the Healthy Baking with Mummy Made.It Podcast we are launching a new podcast every day this week, starting with my favourite recipe Chocolate Sweet Potato Ice Cream. Podcasts will then be dropped every week (or maybe two a week if I can find 5 minutes between the witching hour and bedtime). You can find the podcasts here or subscribe to the podcast through iTunes (search for ‘Mummy Made. It’) or use this feed address (https://mummymadeit.podbean.com/feed/) in your podcast player of choice.
Once you’ve listened to a ‘Healthy Baking with Mummy Made. It’ Podcast be sure to take a photo of your tasty treat and share it on Facebook or Instagram using the #mummymadeitpodcast . That way we can share the photo and show everyone how simple and easy it can be to be a healthy baker.
If there are any Mummy Made.It recipes that you’d like to hear as a podcast please email me. Maybe you’ve had questions about how to use coconut cream or aren’t quite sure how much to beat the eggs when making a cake, I can shed some light on those queries on a podcast just for you!
Thank you so much for supporting Mummy Made.it. We are now 4 years old and I am hoping to expand the ways that I can help you and your family eat well. It will be an exciting year!!
